If you would like to get in contact with us about volunteering, fundraising opportunities or want to get in contact with committee for any reasons other than using our service, please visit the Enquiries  page.

We will stay on the phone with you as long as you need, although we do limit calls to 2 hours (or 30 minutes at busier times) to allow all students to be able to contact us.

All calls are charged at standard network rates.

Email us any time of day or night. Our email system keeps emails completely anonymous by allocating your email address a random number. All emails during term time will be responded to within 48 hours. Emailing us is free of charge.

If you cannot get in contact with a volunteer during opening times, we are very sorry and it will only be because our volunteers are already taking calls. If you cannot get in touch with us for any reason, please seek support elsewhere.

Samaritans provides a service similar to Nightline and is free to call or email.
